PROCESSING TIME

Order processing time is normally about 3-5 business days before shipments. In some cases, processing may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).

Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.

Where are your items shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our fulfilment centres in the Asia Pacific. (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and China). As our items are stored in several fulfilment centres, your order may be shipped in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

How do I track my order status?

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your parcel status using the tracking number and tracking link provided.

Remark: The tracking information will become available 3-10 days after parcel dispatch

IMPORTANT

Incorrect Shipping Information

Mr. Mintz Crafts Store is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. We will attempt to do anything within our power to assist in every situation - we are here to help you. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage. Mr. Mintz Crafts Store reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.

If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours.

Delivery Information

Mr. Mintz Crafts Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Parcel Lost on the way - In the event that a package never reaches you after 60 business days, and we can no longer trace the package in our tracking system. You will have to obtain proof from your local post office stating that you haven't received any packages from our sending address within this time period, and we will ship out another package again as soon as possible.

If you did not pick up your package within 14 days and the package got returned, we will not refund your order.

Usually, the post office will send a pickup notice to your address for a large package which they can't deliver or if you missed the delivery. After 14 waiting days, if your package is returned by the post office, then it will either get destroyed or become an unregistered package on the way back. Since no one is paying for the return, it might get lost on the way back or destroyed by the custom.

If we did receive your return package, we will send you an email including a link for you to pay for the re-shipping fee and arrange to ship out the parcel again as soon as possible.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Mr. Mintz Crafts Store is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information, and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.

TAXES, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Mr. Mintz Crafts Store is not responsible and has no control on customs inspections or sudden changes in strict custom. These circumstances may, unfortunately, delay the shipping time of your order. Any customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).

As customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURN POLICY 

Our policy is valid up to 30 days from the time of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t accept any returns and therefore are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Any shortages or damages must be reported to us witin 7 days of delivery.

We do not refund and do not cancel orders that were already shipped. We replace or refund damaged items or items that came not as described.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@mr-mintz.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you find your item isn't fitting quite right, we are more than happy to do an exchange by issuing you a store credit to the value of your item (minus original shipping charges) if the following is met:

  • The return Items must be shipped out within 30 days after you have received the return authorization number from us.

  • We request that all goods are returned within 30 days of the date of you have received your return authorizations number by us.

  • Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached.

  • Please note, any return item received by us outside of the 30-day return policy will not be accepted. Once received by us, this returned item will be automatically shipped back to you.

  • You must provide the tracking number with the name of your chosen shipping carrier. Our warehouse will not accept any return parcels without the information.

  • The store credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Within your return, Include the packing slip that came with your order and also a piece of paper with your full name, order number, and contact email with the reason for your return

In Order to get a refund you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

Kindly double check that the items you wish to return do not fall under this list. Please note that any on sale/discounted item(s) can’t be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.

SHIPPING COST

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return amount takes you under the threshold for free postage, the amount will be deducted from your refund as you will no longer be eligible. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive defective or damaged product(s) upon delivery, please send an email to support@mr-mintz.com with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll send you a replacement one. 

Please note... All color shades can slightly differ in each production run. We also shoot a lot of our photography on film, therefore lighting may have an effect on the color (s) in the photos and the fabric color may appear slightly different in real life.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Email support@mr-mintz.com to let us know you’d like to return your item(s).

2. The Return Authorisations Number will be issued if your return is approved. Follow the instructions and ship your item to the return address we provide in our reply.

3. As soon as your return has been processed at our warehouse, we will send you an email on whether your returned item(s) are approved or rejected. If you are approved, the store credit will be issued and sent to you via email within 30 working days.

REFUND POLICY

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item with clear signs of use 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mr-mintz.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
