Easy Halloween Crafts for Toddlers and Preschoolers
With Halloween just around the corner, what better way to get into the Halloween spirit but then to do some fun Halloween Crafts for Kids? We’ve gathered over 5 of our favorite quick and easy crafts than you can be made in under 30 minutes. Kids can definitely join in on the fun of Halloween crafts with safe supplies and straightforward instructions. Celebrate Halloween in school or at home with these cute ideas.
Spider Web Craft for Kids
Materials:
- 3 craft sticks for each spider web
- Yarn
- Scissors
- Glue
- Googly eyes
- Paint or markers (optional)
Directions:
- Glue the three craft sticks together to create a base for a web.
- You can color or paint the craft sticks in Halloween colors if you use just wood sticks (optional)
- Cut off a long piece of yarn – the longer, the better – you can trim off any excess at the end.
- Tie one end of the yarn towards the middle of the craft stick base.
- Wrap the yarn around each craft stick – under, over, around.
- After you are done wrapping, tie the end of the yarn to the top of a craft stick and leave a little bit extra to use for hanging.
- Add the googly eyes to complete your web!

Easy Origami Pumpkin
Materials:

- Just connect the dots 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4 to create your Halloween Origami

Air Dry Clay and Pipe Cleaner Spider
Materials:
- Air Dry clay
- Toothpick
- Pipe cleaners
- Googly eyes
- Beads
- Paint markers
- Glue
- Scissors
Directions:
- Take the Air Dry clay to create the large ball shaped body and the head.
- Connect the body and head with a toothpick.
- Push googly eyes onto the head.
- Cut pipe cleaners to make a total of 8 legs.
- Add a few beads to each leg and shape the spider legs by bending bend each leg downward at the half way point and ankles close to the ends of each leg.
- Push the pipe cleaners into the sides of the body about 1” in.
- Use a marker to draw points on the body as well as the mouth on the spider's head.

Directions:
