5 Easy and Fun Easter Crafts for Kids
Looking for some cute and easy Easter crafts for kids this Spring? In this post, I’m sharing some of my favourite Easter Crafts for toddlers and preschoolers. These kids crafts are cute and easy to pull off for even the littlest of hands. Use them in the classroom, at home, or for a party! Make them in less than an hour!
Surprise Easter Egg Cards Craft
Materials:
- Template by Mr. Mintz (download)
- Ordinary paper (use it to print out our templates)
- Scissors
- Coloring supplies if you will be printing the black and white template
Directions:
- Download the template by Mr. Mintz.
- Cut out the template – cut along the full line on the outside.
- Fold along the dashed line.
Easter Handprint Footprint Crafts
Materials:
- Template by Mr. Mintz (download)
- Ordinary paper (use it to print out our templates)
- Paint brushes
- Paints – acrylic paints work best.
- Download the template by Mr. Mintz.
- Cover your child’s hand with white paint. (Your child could dip their palm into white paint or you could paint it onto their hand).
- Make a handprint on the card.

Materials:

- Paint or markers (to color the origami)

Easy Easter Cards For Kids
Materials:
- Template by Mr. Mintz (download)
- Ordinary paper (use it to print out our templates)
- Scissors
- Glue
- Paint or markers (to color the crafts)
Directions:
- Download and print out the template by Mr. Mintz
- Cut out the card
- Сolor the card as you like
- Fold each half of the image over the written area of the card as shown in the picture
Easter Baby Chick Craft
Materials:- Coloured card
- Glue
- Black Sharpie
Directions:
- Cut several different pieces of colored paper into small squares.
- Cut out a tree trunk from brown paper.
- Cut out 2 yellow circles of different sizes.
- Cut out a large circle from a whole sheet of blue paper.
- Glue the tree trunk onto the blue circle.
- Spread glue on the top and bottom of the tree trunk and stick on small multi-colored squares.
- Make an incision on each yellow circle, fold it over, and glue it.
- Draw eyes, beaks and paws for each baby chick.
